What we expect:
Strong experience with PHP and modern frameworks, preferably Symfony 7 and Laravel.
Solid frontend skills using Twig, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
At least 3 years of professional experience in full stack web application development.
Experience working with databases (primarily MariaDB/MySQL) and backend integrations.
Strong AI skills and hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development.
Experience using modern AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar solutions.
Experience with vibe coding, rapid prototyping, workflow automation, debugging, and leveraging AI to significantly increase development efficiency.
Understanding of secure, scalable application architecture.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
What you will do:
Build and maintain frontend interfaces using Twig (HTML, CSS) and backend solutions using Symfony and Laravel.
Design and implement new features based on business requirements.
Integrate and maintain APIs, AI-powered solutions, and internal tools.
Utilize modern AI tools and AI-assisted development practices to automate workflows, improve code quality, and accelerate software delivery.
Ensure system stability, performance, and security, including data protection (GDPR).
Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve existing solutions.
Participate in IT project planning and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
