Position Overview:

You’ll own the digital banking backlog and deliver high‑reliability, high‑throughput payment experiences. From discovery to production, you’ll orchestrate engineering, compliance, risk, and operations to ship outcomes—lower payment failure rates, faster settlement, better authorization, and happier customers.

What You Will Do:

Develop and implement the product strategy for digital banking (accounts, payments, FX, PSD2/Gateway API, transaction monitoring/screening, card issuing, etc.).

Actively monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and respond to competitor activities.

Oversee product and feature planning, development, testing, launch, and maintenance.

Establish business processes and ensure their proper handover to responsible teams.

What We Expect from You:

At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar position in the payments or financial industry.

Strong understanding of digital banking (accounts, payments, FX, PSD2/Gateway API, transaction screening/monitoring, card issuing, etc.).

Knowledge of legislation, standards, and requirements necessary for compliant operations (AMLD, DORA, GDPR, PSD2, PSD2 RTS, chargebacks/disputes, fraud prevention, PCI DSS, etc.).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Extra great to have:

Experience with SCT, SCT Inst, TARGET2, Swift, and card issuing.

Experience with SQL and databases.

Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
