NEO Finance is looking for a Head of P2P to lead and grow its peer-to-peer lending business. This is a senior leadership role with real impact on strategy, performance, and product development.

What you'll do:

• Development and execution of the strategic direction of the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending Department.

• Continuous improvement of existing services and products, as well as development of new ones, ensuring their successful implementation.

• Development and execution of initiatives and projects aimed at increasing sales performance and achieving commercial targets.

• Building, leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team while ensuring excellence in operational quality.

• Preparation and management of the department’s budget.

• Monitoring market trends and analyzing the competitive landscape.

• Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance in close collaboration with the Legal and Compliance teams.

• Overseeing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously and ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

• Contributing to product and system architecture decisions, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

What are we looking for:

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in investment, financial services, fintech, or a related industry.

• Strong understanding of technology, including architectural principles and system design considerations.

• Solid knowledge of lending and investment domains, including P2P or alternative financing models.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Strong people management experience with the ability to motivate teams toward ambitious goals.

• Strategic thinking, excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Leadership mindset with the ability to drive change and innovation.

Salary:
Salary: €5,500–€7,500 gross/month; final decision will depend on experience and competencies.
