Head of Business Lending Sales Team

FinoMark is looking for a driven leader to head our Business Lending Sales Team

What you'll do:

  • Motivate and develop the sales team, supporting each member individually

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Analyze business applications

  • Create business development initiatives

  • Take initiative to ensure financing availability for businesses and implement related projects

  • Search for new partners and build relationships

What are we looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience working with business client financing

  • Proficiency in Lithuanian

  • Knowledge of business client financing products and processes

  • Understanding of credit risk assessment

  • Results-oriented mindset

  • People management skills

  • Ability to motivate and develop the sales team, supporting each member individually

Salary: From 3500 Eur/gross; Bonuses applicable depending on the results; final decision will depend on qualifications and experiences
