We are looking for a Financial Controller / Analyst who will help ensure high-quality financial reporting, strengthen financial control processes, and provide analytical insights that support business decisions and company growth.

Your responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, the Board, the Bank of Lithuania, and Nasdaq.

Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; analyze variances and provide insights into business performance.

Monitor financial data quality, improve reporting accuracy, and contribute to stronger financial control and internal processes.

Perform profitability, cost, revenue, and cash flow analysis; identify operational and financial improvement opportunities.

Support regulatory reporting, audits, and finance-related projects in a regulated fintech environment.

Build, improve, and automate financial reports and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and other solutions.

Collaborate with accounting, operations, risk, and business teams to ensure accurate financial information and efficient processes.

Prepare ad-hoc analyses and management reports; contribute to data-driven decision-making.

What we are looking for

At least 3 years of experience in financial controlling, finance, audit, FP&A, regulatory reporting, or similar roles.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis principles.

Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools would be considered a strong advantage.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of financial data.

Ability to identify inconsistencies, improve processes, and ensure high-quality financial information.

Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and ability to work independently.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both finance and non-finance teams.

Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Extra nice to have

Experience working in an electronic money institution or other regulated financial sector company.

Understanding of reporting requirements to the Bank of Lithuania or other regulatory institutions.

Experience in fintech, lending, crowdfunding, payment services, or investment-related businesses.

Interest in data automation, reporting optimization, and business analytics.

Salary range is 3400 - 4100 Eur gross. Final decision will depend on your experience and qualifications.
