Senior Financial Analyst
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (for the Board, the Bank of Lithuania, Nasdaq), ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Develop and update financial forecasts and budgets; analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
Conduct business and profitability analysis, identify cost/revenue optimization opportunities, and initiate improvements.
Support the CFO in regulatory and audit processes; prepare required reports and respond to audit findings.
Build, enhance, and automate financial reports and analyses (Excel, Power BI, and other tools); implement more efficient data collection and visualization solutions.
Review the work of the finance team, ensure quality, provide feedback, and contribute to process and internal policy improvements.
Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses and insights to management and business units; participate in cross-functional projects.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in finance (FP&A, financial controlling, regulatory reporting, or similar roles).
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and cash flow modeling.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI (or similar).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail; ability to work with large datasets, draw business conclusions, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and initiative; ability to present financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders; proactive and self-driven mindset.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
Nice to Have
Experience working in an electronic money institution, including reporting to the Bank of Lithuania and understanding of regulatory requirements.
Experience in the fintech sector (peer-to-peer lending, crowdfunding, payment services).
Experience in investment portfolio management or a general interest and understanding of investing and financial products.
Salary range is 3400 - 4100 Eur gross. Final decision will depend on your experience and qualifications.
