Investor Acquisition & Relations Manager
FinoMark is a Bank of Lithuania-supervised crowdfunding platform that connects businesses seeking financing with people investing in business loans. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a person to take ownership of one of our most important areas: growing an active investor community and increasing the amount of capital invested through our platform.
This is not simply a communications or content creation role. We are looking for someone who can build genuine relationships with investors, understand their needs, proactively initiate conversations, and connect their work to measurable business results.
Your Mission
Your primary goal will be to increase the number of active FinoMark investors, the amount they invest, and the frequency of repeat investments, while strengthening trust in the platform and building an engaged, active investor community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to attract, activate, and retain investors.
Segment existing investors and initiate targeted communication tailored to different investor groups.
Re-engage inactive investors and strengthen relationships with active and high-value investors.
Identify and attract new investors in Lithuania and international markets.
Build partnerships with companies, universities, associations, business clubs, and other relevant communities.
Organize webinars, in-person meetings, and other events for investors.
Prepare and present investment opportunities featured on the platform, clearly communicating their investment proposition, key advantages, security measures, and associated risks.
Coordinate the communication of investment projects across different channels and actively contribute to successful project funding.
Develop the content strategy for YouTube, newsletters, social media, and other channels, coordinating external content creators when needed.
Collect and analyze investor feedback and work with product and other teams to improve the overall investment experience.
Analyze performance data and regularly evaluate which channels and initiatives generate the most active investors and investment volume.
Ensure that all investor communications are clear, balanced, transparent, and compliant with applicable financial market regulations.
Requirements
Previous experience in investor acquisition, financial services, business development, active sales, marketing, communications, or a related field.
A strong commercial mindset and the ability to measure success not only through communication reach and engagement, but also through tangible growth in investors and invested capital.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to lead meetings, speak confidently to an audience, and clearly explain complex financial products.
A proactive and entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to independently identify target audiences, potential partners, and new ways to reach investors.
Strong content creation skills and the ability to communicate clearly, engage audiences, and build trust.
Analytical thinking and experience working with customer segments, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
Excellent written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
A strong sense of responsibility when communicating investment risks and operating within the requirements of a regulated financial market.
Nice to Have
Experience in crowdfunding, investing, banking, asset management, fintech, or another regulated financial services environment will be considered an advantage.
An existing network of investors or contacts within the financial sector will also be considered a strong advantage.
What We Offer
The opportunity to build and develop FinoMark's investor acquisition and community growth function from the ground up.
Direct collaboration with the company's CEO and the opportunity to have a real impact on business results, product development, and communications.
A high level of autonomy to implement your ideas and the opportunity to see a clear, measurable impact from your work.
The opportunity to join a small, ambitious team that makes decisions quickly and moves fast.
The opportunity to grow together with FinoMark and potentially build and lead an investor acquisition team in the future.
A gross monthly salary of €3,500–€4,500, depending on experience and competencies, plus a variable compensation component linked to agreed performance results.
