About us:

We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team and support various people-related initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, employer branding, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment processes by assisting with candidate sourcing and administrative tasks, including transferring candidate profiles from CV databases to LinkedIn and maintaining accurate candidate information.

Help coordinate and support employee initiatives, including a newly established employee group focused on organizing after-work activities and strengthening team engagement.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives by supporting the development and implementation of employer branding strategies and activities starting from September.

Assist in improving and updating the company intranet to make it more functional, user-friendly, and a valuable source of information for employees.

Support other HR projects and daily activities as needed.
