“FinoMark” is a crowdfunding platform licensed by the Bank of Lithuania that provides financing to small and medium-sized businesses. As our loan portfolio grows, we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Loan Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Administer executed loan agreements and ensure their proper performance;

Monitor payments, loan repayment schedules, and payment deadlines;

Monitor the loan portfolio and promptly identify potential breaches of contractual obligations;

Collect and review clients’ financial statements, documents confirming the use of loan funds, insurance policies, and other documents required under the agreements;

Monitor compliance with special loan conditions;

Communicate with clients regarding missing documents, overdue payments, and other matters related to loan administration;

Prepare notices, reports, and other loan administration documents;

Update information in internal systems and ensure data accuracy;

Collaborate with members of the sales, risk, legal, and finance teams;

Contribute to the improvement and automation of loan administration and monitoring processes.

What We Expect From You

A higher education degree, or currently pursuing one, in finance, economics, accounting, business, or law;

Attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to plan your work independently;

The ability to work with large amounts of information and meet established deadlines;

Good Microsoft Excel skills;

Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian;

The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients;

Experience in a financial institution, particularly in administering loans, contracts, or payments, would be an advantage.

Salary range 2100-2800 Eur gross/month. Final decision will depend on your experience and qualifications.
