We are looking for a NEO Finance CEO who can bring people together around shared goals, ensure the effective operation of the organization, and build a strong, accountable, and modern work culture.

In this role, the key priorities are people, results, and effective organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization and ensure its effective operation and achievement of business objectives.
• Build and motivate a high-performing team, clearly defining priorities, responsibilities, and accountability.
• Ensure smooth collaboration across departments and effective decision-making.
• Oversee HR, Finance, Data, IT, Legal, Administration and AML, Project Management, Compliance, and Risk Management functions.
• Ensure budget execution, cost control, and efficient use of resources.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency, automate processes, and reduce unnecessary complexity.
• Actively adopt AI and new technology tools, foster an AI-driven culture across the organization, and ensure technology is used to deliver tangible productivity gains.
• Create an environment where people take ownership, collaborate effectively, and remain focused on results.
• Ensure compliance, effective risk management, and appropriate cooperation with the Bank of Lithuania and other regulatory authorities.

• At least 5 years of significant leadership experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or another regulated environment.
• Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to bring together specialists from different areas and achieve results through the team.

Salary 8000-10000 Eur gross/month. Final decision will depend on your experience and qualifications.
